I like a product but I cant find my size?Unfortunately all product in stock are what we display on the site. If you have any queries concerning product size, send us an email we can customised make your own size if fabricis available.

Can I request a customised dress that isnt on the site?No. we cant customised make clothes that we didnt design or wasnt seen on our site.

Do you deliver worldwide?Yes! We deliver to other countries. Send us an email with the product name and the country you would like us to deliver to. Our friendly team will get back to you.

Can I cancel or edit my orderDue to our fast operetaing delivery method. unfortunately you can not cancel or make changes as we process order immediately we recieve them. You can place another order or Return the item in good condition if unsatisfied.

I recieved an Incorrect/Damaged itemWe are sorry the item was not in correct state or damaged. You can contact us within 30days of recieveing an item, undamaged and all labels intact. To make the process quicker when you contact you, we recommed you send us information - Your name -Order number -Product code -Pictures of Faults -Description of fault Please note we can not offer refund on product if the hygiene seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Missing Item(s) from orderWe apologies that an item is missing. Please double check to see if you recieved an email confirmation that the item is out of stock or your order could be ariving in another parcel. If non of these is the case. Contact our customer service within 14days and we would have it sorted.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refundunfortunately. we do not offer exchange, you just have to simply return the item within the specific time frame whilst you place another order for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we recieved the former unwanted item.
